4.20 Quartiles Higher GCSE PowerPoint Lesson

In this 23-slide lesson, student will order data sets, identify the lower quartile (Q1), median (Q2), and upper quartile (Q3), and calculate the interquartile range (IQR). Pupils will then use quartiles to compare two data sets, making statements about spread, consistency, and typical values. Emphasis is placed on clear method, accurate ordering, and correct interpretation of results in context. Great as a lesson preceding box plots and cumulative frequency.
