This website is operated by GenMaths Resources, the trading name of M.G. Baker, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at genmathsresources@outlook.com or using our contact form.

This website and all associated sales, product descriptions, customer support, and legal documentation are provided exclusively in English (UK). By placing an order through this website, you confirm your understanding and acceptance that all contractual communications and obligations shall be conducted in English (UK).

2. Products

We offer a range of educational resources, including:

• Digital products, such as PowerPoint lessons and downloadable worksheets, which are delivered electronically only via email or secure download link following successful payment.

• Physical products, namely printed knowledge organisers, which will be dispatched via post to the delivery address provided at checkout.

All digital products are intended for non-commercial, educational use and are not supplied in physical form. Physical knowledge organisers are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48 hour tracking for UK addresses. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to amend the contents, format, or availability of any product without prior notice. All products are offered subject to availability, and we may refuse any order placed at our discretion.

3. Ordering Process

To purchase a product:

1. Browse our selection and add desired items to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout and provide necessary billing information.

3. Confirm your order and make payment.

Before finalising your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made at the time of order using our secure payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets as outlined in Stripe.

5. Delivery

Digital Products

Digital products, including PowerPoint lessons and worksheets, are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link or access details. Delivery is typically instantaneous; however, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. If you do not receive your digital product within this timeframe, please contact us at genmathsresources@outlook.com.

By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after payment is confirmed, and you agree to waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as permitted for digital downloads once fulfilment has commenced.

Physical Products

Physical products, namely printed knowledge organisers, are dispatched via Royal Mail or an equivalent postal service. Orders are typically processed and posted within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times within the UK are 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by postal services, adverse weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction. However, this right is waived once you download or stream the digital content, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledgment of this waiver during the purchase process.

If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, the Returns Policy will apply. You must return the item in accordance with our returns process, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Returns

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at genmathsresources@outlook.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Refunds are granted at our discretion and will be processed within 14 days if approved.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, digital downloads, and educational materials (the “Content”), is the intellectual property of GenMaths Resources and is protected under applicable UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for personal, educational purposes only, including:

• Individual study and home learning

• Use by educators in classroom instruction or tutoring

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Content to others (outside of permitted educational use);

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Content for redistribution;

• Sell, license, rent, or otherwise exploit the Content for commercial gain;

• Upload or share the Content on public platforms, websites, or third-party marketplaces.

Any unauthorised use of the Content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of access rights and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
